Due to exciting growth, Carle Health is seeking an additional Breast Imaging Radiologist to join our established, elite Radiology department that has redesigned the Breast Imaging workflow for the 2026 market.

• Rotations: Work 2 weeks from home / 1 week on-site.
• Schedule: 100% Breast Imaging. No call, no nights, no weekends, and no holidays.
• Time Off: 10 weeks of vacation from Day 1.
• Commute: Live in Chicago, Indianapolis, or St. Louis and commute for your "on" week or enjoy the innovative, "micro-urban" culture of Champaign-Urbana, Illinois.

• Base Salary: $609,000 (Good faith minimum).
• Earning Potential: Total compensation range of $609,000 - $750,000 via production and incentive bonuses.

We provide a premium home workstation and a private on-site office. Our department is built on the gold standard of Radiology technology to ensure your remote weeks are as seamless as your on-site weeks:

• PACS: Visage (Server-side rendering for instant loading).
• Mammography: Hologic units and Stereo table.
• Biopsy: Brevera device (Real-time imaging) and Philips Ultrasound.
• MRI: New Siemens MRI.
• Workflow: PowerScribe and EPIC EMR.

Requirements

• ABR Board Certified/Eligible.
• Fellowship-trained in Breast Imaging OR extensive clinical experience in high-volume breast imaging.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $609,000 - $750,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
