Requirements

• Open to IMLC Physicians.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years.
• Minimum of 36 months of experience required.
• Must maintain active ACLS and BLS certifications.

Credentialing Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC Letter of Qualification.
• Cardiovascular/Thoracic Surgery (CAQ) certification.
• Emergency credentialing available to expedite your start.
