We are seeking a full-time Board-Certified Interventional Cardiologist to join a hospital-employed cardiovascular team at one of America’s first freestanding cardiovascular hospitals in McAllen, Texas. Practice Setting: Freestanding cardiovascular hospital within South Texas Health
System (STHS)
Support / Care Team: Collaborative multidisciplinary cardiac care team with practice development and marketing support
EMR / Technology: Cerner electronic medical record system
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive interventional cardiology care to adult patients
Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nursing, and support staff across inpatient and outpatient settings
Manage day-to-day procedural and clinical responsibilities in the cardiac cath lab and beyond
Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR

Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
Completion of Interventional Cardiology fellowship training required
Active or eligible Texas medical license
Spanish language skills not required
