Practice Overview

• Private, growing interventional cardiology group with a strong regional referral base
• Full-spectrum interventional care with structural heart participation
• Supported by 4 experienced Nurse Practitioners and 11 Medical Assistants

Structural Heart Program

• Opportunity to perform TAVR, Watchman, MitraClip, and related structural procedures
• Collaborative alignment with hospital leadership and specialty partners
• Ability to tailor structural and interventional mix based on expertise
• Program positioned for continued structural expansion

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Dedicated time for cath lab, structural procedures, clinic, and administrative duties
• Predictable weekday structure

Compensation & Partnership

• $650,000 guaranteed base salary
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• Earning potential up to $1,000,000 with production and partnership
• Partnership offered after year one

Candidate Profile

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
• Fellowship-trained in Interventional Cardiology
• Eligible for California medical licensure
• Experience or interest in structural heart procedures preferred
