Practice Overview
- Private, growing interventional cardiology group with a strong regional referral base
- Full-spectrum interventional care with structural heart participation
- Supported by 4 experienced Nurse Practitioners and 11 Medical Assistants

Structural Heart Program
- Opportunity to perform TAVR, Watchman, MitraClip, and related structural procedures
- Collaborative alignment with hospital leadership and specialty partners
- Ability to tailor structural and interventional mix based on expertise
- Program positioned for continued structural expansion
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Dedicated time for cath lab, structural procedures, clinic, and administrative duties
- Predictable weekday structure
- No excessive call burden
Compensation & Partnership
- $650,000 guaranteed base salary
- $50,000 sign-on bonus
- Earning potential up to $1,000,000 with production and partnership
- Partnership offered after year one

Candidate Profile
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
- Fellowship-trained in Interventional Cardiology
- Eligible for California medical licensure
- Experience or interest in structural heart procedures preferred
