$550K+ Base | Partnership Track | Build a New Cardiovascular Program
This interventional cardiology opportunity offers a rare chance to build and lead a new cardiovascular practice in central Denver. Backed by a rapidly growing private cardiology group and a dedicated management services organization (MSO), this role combines clinical autonomy, leadership influence, and long-term partnership potential without the burden of running the business side of the practice.
Physicians stepping into this position will help launch and shape a new interventional cardiology program, establish referral relationships, and build a high-performing clinical team in one of the most desirable physician markets in the country.
Practice Overview
- Build and lead a new interventional cardiology practice within an established, high-growth private cardiology network
- Full administrative and operational support from an experienced MSO, allowing physicians to focus on patient care and program development
- Opportunity to develop a high-volume interventional cardiology program with strong regional growth potential
- Perform coronary interventions and comprehensive cardiovascular procedures
- Collaborate with leading Denver-area hospitals and an affiliated ambulatory surgery center (ASC)
- Recruit and mentor clinical staff while building a collaborative, physician-led culture
Schedule
- Full-time position with a flexible structure as the program grows
- Mix of procedural days, clinic visits, and program development time
- Opportunity to design workflows that support long-term practice efficiency and growth
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting at $550,000+ with production incentives and strong upside
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance up to $20,000
- Partnership track with no buy-in required
- Access to ASC procedural opportunities and future cardiology imaging suite revenue streams
Candidate Profile
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
- Eligible for Colorado medical licensure
- Preference for physicians two or more years post-fellowship, though motivated fellows are encouraged to apply
- Interest in building and leading a growing cardiovascular practice
