Remote Overnight Shareholder/Partner and Limited Shareholder Offers: 

Shareholder/Partner Offer – 1 week on followed by 2 weeks off + 36 additional 2nd shifts annually for full Shareholder status. Average Shareholder compensation of >$1MM. Additional elective internal “moonlighting” paid per RVU. Legitimate seven figure plus position with immediate economic parity with existing Shareholders. 

Alternative Coverage / Compensation Options:

– 1 week on followed by 2 weeks off for $750,000 total compensation for Limited Shareholder status

•          10P – 7AM Central Time
•           2 Radiologist overnight team with additional triple coverage until midnight and after 6AM
•           RVU Benchmark expectation of 115 wRVUs

- Onsite Shareholder and Remote Limited Shareholder day / evening positions available across multiple subspecialties 

Requirements

Radiology of Huntsville, P.C. (ROH) is a sixty plus (60+) physician, high volume, private practice (owned and governed by Shareholder Radiologists) in Huntsville, AL seeking board-certified/board-eligible Radiologists for Shareholder and Limited Shareholder positions.

 ROH is a sub-specialized, private practice serving eight (8) hospitals including facilities with a national healthcare system, as well as a major regional not for profit healthcare system, along with numerous imaging centers. The practice utilizes an efficient, unified, PACS and voice recognition platform, allowing intragroup collaboration with dedicated IT and physician call center support along with strategic AI platforms. ROH offers excellent compensation and benefits for the position (Blue Cross health insurance, dental and vision, 401K profit-sharing and Pension plans, paid vacation, CME allowance – consistent, competitive compensation package with significant volunteer internal locums earning options for all Radiologists). The practice has a nominal buy-in with scheduled, predictable bonuses. Practice vote for Shareholder status after two years of service.
