The Opportunity
Radiology Physicians, Inc. (RPI) is seeking a Breast Imaging Radiologist to join our team onsite in the Dayton, Ohio area. The position is offered full-time or part-time (3 to 5 days per week), with no weekend call and no holiday call. It is designed for a breast imager who values a predictable schedule and protected personal time without giving up the volume, technology, and collegiality of a serious breast imaging program. Full-time candidates are also eligible for our partnership track and a signing bonus.
Our breast program holds the ACR Breast Imaging Center of Excellence designation and reads over 72,000 breast exams per year: 50,000 screening mammograms (3D tomosynthesis), 10,000+ diagnostic mammograms, 9,000-10,000 breast ultrasounds, 1,200+ breast MRI, and 2,500 image-guided procedures. You will work alongside fellowship-trained breast imagers, experienced mammography technologists, and breast surgery and oncology colleagues across the Premier Health Network.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology at the start of employment.
- Fellowship trained in Breast Imaging or MQSA-qualified with current breast imaging practice.
- Proficient in all breast modalities including stereotactic, ultrasound-guided, and MRI-guided biopsies, as well as needle and wire localizations.
Schedule
- Set schedule: 3 to 5 weekdays per week, 7a-4p (Monday through Friday).
- No weekend call. Weekends are covered by the rest of the group.
- No holiday call. Holidays are covered by the rest of the group.
- No overnight or evening duties. Clean sign-off at the end of each shift.
Compensation
Competitive base salary in upper percentile of national benchmarks, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.

Compensation Structure
- Employment Model: W-2 (base salary plus benefits) or 1099 options available.
- Base Salary: Upper percentile of national benchmarks. Based on full or part time status.
- Signing Bonus: Available for full-time candidates.
- Partnership: Approximately 12-month track for full-time candidates. Buy-in approximately $5,000, deducted from first quarterly partner distribution.
- Productivity Incentives: Additional earning potential beyond base.
