We are seeking a Veterinary Cardiologist to join our well-established referral and specialty center in Tacoma, Washington. With a large and loyal referral network of more than 300 referring hospitals, you'll step into an established caseload that readily supports two Cardiologists while working alongside a highly skilled network of specialists and emergency clinicians.

- 24/7 Emergency Services
In Your Day-to-Day, You Will:
- Provide medical and interventional cardiology care, including diagnosis and management of complex cardiac cases
- Perform and interpret echocardiograms, thoracic radiographs, ECGs, and Holter monitoring
- Participate in advanced interventional procedures, including balloon valvuloplasty, PDA occlusions, and pacemaker implantation
- Collaborate closely with Emergency, Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Neurology, Radiology, Oncology, and Anesthesiology services
- Support inpatient cardiac care through multidisciplinary case management
- Mentor technicians and support staff while contributing to the continued growth of the cardiology service
- Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams to provide seamless, compassionate patient care
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners during stressful and emotional situations
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture built on collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning
What You Bring
- DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for Washington state veterinary licensure
- Board Certification in Cardiology (ACVIM Cardiology) or residency-trained status
- Strong communication skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care
- A passion for continuous learning, teamwork, and advancing specialty medicine
- Interest in joining and expanding an established, high-volume cardiology service
