We're seeking a board-certified or residency-trained Cardiologist to join our Racine/Kenosha team in southeastern Wisconsin. This is an exciting opportunity to practice alongside a dedicated group of specialists, emergency veterinarians, certified technicians, and client-focused support staff who work together in a supportive, drama-free environment focused on providing the highest quality care to patients, clients, and referring veterinarians.
As part of the Ethos Veterinary Health network, WVRC combines the benefits of a local, relationship-driven hospital with access to a nationwide community of specialists and resources dedicated to advancing veterinary medicine through collaboration, education, and innovation.
Our 12,000-square-foot specialty and emergency hospital is equipped to support advanced cardiology and specialty care, featuring digital radiography, ultrasound, an in-house laboratory, a 64-slice CT scanner, C-arm fluoroscopy, and arthroscopic, laparoscopic, and thoracoscopic surgical equipment. You'll work alongside an experienced team of emergency veterinarians and highly skilled support staff, including a full-time social worker who provides valuable support to both team members and clients.

In your day-to-day, you will:
- Provide medical and interventional cardiology care, including diagnosis and management of complex cardiac cases.
- Perform and interpret echocardiograms, thoracic radiographs, ECGs, and Holter monitoring.
- Participate in cardiology consultations and support advanced cardiac diagnostics and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with emergency clinicians and specialty teams on shared patient care and case management.
- Participate in daily rounds to provide comprehensive care for hospitalized patients.
- Access ongoing mentorship and professional development opportunities through the Ethos specialty network.
- Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams to provide seamless, compassionate patient care.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners during stressful and emotional situations.

What You Bring
- DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for Wisconsin veterinary licensure.
- Board Certification in Cardiology (DACVIM-Cardiology) or residency-trained in Cardiology.
- Strong communication skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care.
